Terms of Service

Sponsor Seal ("we", "us", or "our") provides an online platform that helps job seekers find UK roles from employers on the Home Office register of licensed visa sponsors. We aggregate and present job listings and related company information to make your search clearer and faster.

Sponsor Seal is an information service. We do not employ you, act as a recruitment agency, or guarantee that any employer will offer you a role or visa sponsorship.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sponsor Seal. When you sign in with Google or otherwise create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may use Sponsor Seal for lawful personal job-search purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell our listings or data at scale without permission
• Attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the platform's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Use automated tools in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems

Some features, including full access to the job board and saved jobs, may require a paid subscription. Pricing and feature availability are described on our pricing page.

We work to keep listings and sponsor information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Employers may change hiring plans, sponsorship policy, or register status at any time.

Always confirm role requirements, sponsorship eligibility, and visa routes directly with the employer or a qualified immigration adviser before making decisions. Sponsor Seal does not provide immigration or legal advice.

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our payment provider. Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We may change pricing or features for future billing periods. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will give reasonable notice where required.

Sponsor Seal, including its branding, design, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors. Job descriptions and company names remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute our platform or content except as permitted by these terms or applicable law.

Sponsor Seal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, that listings will result in interviews or offers, or that visa sponsorship will be granted for any role.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor Seal and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

You may stop using Sponsor Seal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sponsor Seal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights.
