Role Overview
As a Yardi Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Yardi Voyager platform across Savills' Middle East operations. Acting as the primary point of contact for system users, you will provide technical support, manage incidents and service requests, maintain system administration activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with Property Management, Finance, Client Accounting, Facilities Management, IT teams, and external support partners, you will ensure the platform operates effectively, delivers high-quality data and reporting, and supports business objectives across multiple countries and portfolios. You will also contribute to the evolution of the Yardi support function by improving service desk processes, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and helping to deliver an outstanding user experience
