Yard Operative | Salary up to £27,575 | Days only | Chichester
We're hiring a Yard Operative to join our team at Natures Way Foods! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our yard and external site areas safe, organised, and operational in all weather conditions. You'll be responsible for maintaining high Health & Safety standards, supporting site operations, operating yard equipment, and ensuring deliveries are managed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Daily Maintenance of the Yard and External site areas
- Keeping the Yard and External site areas functional in all weathers to the required Health and Safety standards
- Drive Fork Lift Truck to the required Health and Safety standards
Shift pattern
We operate a shift pattern covering days only 7am-7pm. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
