PwC is celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. Building on this success, we are looking for experienced Workday Financials professionals to join our established and growing Workday Consulting team.

What your days will look like

As a Senior Associate, you’ll play an important role in delivering Workday Record to Report (R2R) solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to client-facing Workday projects, supporting the end-to-end delivery of R2R workstreams from design through to deployment.
• Working across areas including Financial Accounting, Close & Consolidation, Allocations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Taxes and Financial Reporting.
• Understanding and challenging client requirements, helping translate business needs into practical Workday solutions.
• Participating in and supporting client workshops, including requirements gathering, solution design and playback sessions.
• Working with data and configuring Workday solutions, supporting testing, issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Collaborating with P2P, O2C, Prism, Accounting Centre and Data Migration workstreams to support end-to-end alignment across the solution.
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and working collaboratively with colleagues across PwC's Workday delivery teams.
• Supporting and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

 

This role is for you if:

• You have experience in Finance Transformation and/or a strong Finance functional background.
• You have practical experience working with Workday Record to Report (R2R).
• You have experience in relevant Workday Financials areas such as Financial Accounting, Close & Consolidation, Allocations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Taxes or Financial Reporting.
• You are a qualified accountant or have demonstrable experience working in finance roles.
• You can listen to and understand business requirements and develop practical, thoughtful solutions to client challenges.
• You are comfortable engaging with clients and contributing to workshops and project discussions.
• You can build effective relationships quickly, establish credibility and adapt your communication style to different audiences.
• You enjoy working collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams and are keen to continue developing your Workday and consulting expertise.
