Built on resilience, belief and togetherness, success on the pitch is driven by the moments and memories shared with millions of Fans around the world. You will also coordinate monthly payroll activity, maintain accurate workforce records and reporting, and work with operational and People teams on recruitment planning, onboarding and new-starter readiness.

Using workforce, cost and demand information, you will identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve utilisation and operational efficiency. You will build collaborative relationships across Attractions Operations, Bookings, People Services, Payroll and Finance, providing clear updates and evidence-based recommendations that keep the resourcing model flexible, compliant and fit for purpose.

⚽ Ability to analyse workforce demand, utilisation and labour performance data to support operational decisions.

⚽ Experience monitoring staffing budgets and labour costs, with the judgement to balance service delivery, workforce availability and cost control.

⚽ Experience supporting payroll processes and resolving payroll-related queries accurately and collaboratively.

⚽ Clear numerical, analytical, organisational and stakeholder communication skills, including confidence using Excel and managing competing priorities.
