Life at MiNightVet Falmouth

MiNightVet Falmouth is a Small Animal practice with a passionate team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists. Our facilities include:

• CT scanner
• High-spec ultrasound
• Digital radiography
• Endoscopy
• In-house lab (blood gas, coag times, microscopy)
• Elixir box holder (including adder anti-venom)

You'll be working sole charge during your shifts, but you won't feel isolated: the wider hospital team is well-established and includes colleagues with ECC experience and a passion for supporting clinical development.

This role is a 7 on 21 off rolling rota (Monday - Sunday night inclusive) as well as a 1 in 4 weekend day shifts (7am-7pm ECC). There is also the option of extra shifts in the week within the day team / referral team to increase hours etc. Salary up to £75,000 pro rata dependent on experience. Accommodation available for the week worked.

About You

• A natural mentor and team player, you'll enjoy supporting and inspiring all colleagues to help them thrive.
• Client care comes naturally to you, you know how to create a positive, reassuring experience that builds trust and long-lasting relationships.
• As an experienced vet, you'll bring a strong level of clinical autonomy and be comfortable handling a varied caseload, offering guidance to the wider team and contributing to shaping clinical standards.
