Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Consultant role based in Greater London. The Travel Sales Consultant will advise clients on travel options, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and sports-related travel, tailoring itineraries to meet individual needs and budgets. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements, processing reservations, handling changes and cancellations, and ensuring all bookings comply with relevant regulations and policies. The role involves providing responsive, high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person, resolving queries and issues promptly. The Travel Sales Consultant will also support sales targets by promoting suitable travel products, maintaining accurate records in booking systems, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in travel consulting and travel management, with experience advising clients on complex itineraries.
• Candidates should possess skills in organising travel arrangements and coordinating end-to-end trip planning.
• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive, long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess reservations skills, including using booking systems and managing amendments efficiently.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a travel agency or travel sales environment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS), airline and hotel fare structures, and visa or travel documentation requirements is an advantage.
• A relevant qualification in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater London, manage multiple tasks accurately, and uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.
