Are you a Transfer Pricing specialist looking to step away from routine compliance and straight into live M&A and Private Equity buyouts?
I’m currently partnering with a market-leading Deals Tax team that is expanding its senior leadership due to rapid growth. Unlike many top-heavy practices, this team offers a genuinely open, fast-track trajectory straight to Director and Partner for driven professionals.
The Role
- Lead transfer pricing structuring, risk assessments, and post-deal policy design for M&A, PE buyouts, credit funds, and corporate restructurings.
- Advise on high-stakes debt financing, IP alignment, supply chain restructurings, and APAs/MAP negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with global TP specialists to deliver seamless international transaction advice across complex corporate networks.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships within the global Deals network, Private Equity firms, and key decision-makers while mentoring a high-performing team.
- Lead high-profile transactions across the full deal lifecycle—from pre-deal structuring, debt financing, and IP alignment to post-acquisition integration for PE firms and Fortune 500s.

Skillset
- ACA, CTA, ACCA, ICAS (or equivalent) qualification.
