大手日系金融機関の英国拠点にて、トランザクションバンキングサービスの導入支援およびチームマネジメントを担当いただくSenior Business Consultantを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、企業向け決済ソリューションやキャッシュマネジメントサービスの導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客・ベンダー・IT部門・オペレーション部門を横断的に調整しながら、プロジェクトをリードしていただきます。
また、Assistant Managerとしてチーム運営、人材育成、事業拡大や採用活動にも携わっていただきます。
業務内容 Transaction Banking導入支援
- 顧客要件のヒアリングおよび導入計画策定
- H2H接続およびSWIFT FileAct導入支援
- 顧客・ベンダー・銀行内関係者とのプロジェクト調整
- ISO20022メッセージ（pain.001、pain.002、camt.053等）の要件確認
- ファイルフォーマットの検証およびテスト支援
- UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）の管理・推進
- 本番環境設定および稼働開始支援
- 課題・リスク管理、ステークホルダーマネジメント
- チーム進捗管理
- メンバー育成・コーチング
- 目標設定および評価
- 勤怠・工数管理
- ナレッジ共有および標準化推進
- 採用活動支援
- サービス拡大に向けた戦略立案
- Transaction Banking、Payments、Cash Management領域での実務経験
- 顧客導入（Onboarding）または業務コンサルティング経験
- H2H、SFTP、SWIFT FileAct、API連携に関する知識
- ISO20022メッセージに関する知識
- UATおよび本番移行経験
- プロジェクトリードまたはチームリード経験
- 高いステークホルダーマネジメント能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 日本語力
- 日系金融機関での勤務経験
- Treasury・Cash Managementシステム導入経験
