What You'll be Doing
The role involves supporting the finance function across monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end accounting procedures, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns and statutory submissions, as well as monitoring customer and supplier balances and supporting expense and payroll processes. The role will also provide assistance during internal and external audits, liaise with internal departments, customers and suppliers, and contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting. In addition, the position will ensure financial information is handled accurately and confidentially, comply with company policies and relevant regulations, support overseas compliance for posted and local employees, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.
