Tooling Engineer
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in mechanical or manufacturing-related fields or equivalent experience, with over 5 years of practical experience in metal press and mold technology. Proficiency in CAD and business-level Japanese is required, along with project management experience and understanding of Japanese corporate culture.

- 金型設計・改善およびメンテナンス戦略の立案・実行
- プレス加工における技術課題の分析および解決
- 新製品に関するツーリング実現性評価
- 量産立ち上げプロジェクトの推進
- 外部サプライヤーとの技術連携および進捗管理
- 社内関連部門との連携による製造最適化
- 顧客への技術的説明・見積支援
- 機械または製造関連分野の学位または同等経験
- 金属プレス・金型分野での実務経験（ 5 年以上）
- CAD 使用経験
- プレス加工および金型技術に関する深い知識
- 日本語ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）
- プロジェクト管理経験
- 自動車業界でのプレス・金型経験
- 日系企業文化への理解
