Robert Half is partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit a Team Assistant to join its London office.
***Team Assistant – Permanent***
Location: London
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office but open to do 5 days depending on work demands
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior investment professionals and a wider team of approximately 50 people. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy and professional environment.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider support team, helping to ensure the day-to-day running of the Investment Team is well organised and efficient.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the CIO, Managing Directors and wider Investment Team.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Arranging travel and accommodation when required.
- Managing documents, filing, scanning, printing and binding.
- Coordinating electronic signatures via DocuSign.
- Supporting conferences, events, team activities and external meetings.
- Providing holiday, lunch and ad hoc administrative cover across the wider business.
- Taking ownership of delegated tasks and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Proactively supporting senior stakeholders and anticipating administrative requirements where possible.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant or similar role.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive and practical approach to your work.
- A calm, personable and approachable manner.
- The flexibility to adapt when priorities change.
**Experience within financial services, investment management or a professional services environment would be advantageous.
