Turn complex data into influential business decisions.

Join a leading UK financial services and technology organisation where data, analytics and customer insight shape major commercial decisions.

As a Strategy Analyst Graduate, you’ll help develop strategies that improve products, support customers and drive responsible business growth. You’ll investigate complex challenges, turn analytical insight into clear recommendations, gain support from senior stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to deliver change.

You’ll receive meaningful responsibility from day one, supported by a peer buddy, mentor and manager.

What you could be working on

Your projects could include:

  • Finding innovative ways to attract new customers and ensure products meet their needs
  • Redesigning pricing strategies to maximise customer and commercial value
  • Creating strategies that help customers manage their finances and build their credit
  • Improving fraud prevention and customer protection
  • Assessing how lending policies should respond to changing economic conditions
  • Analysing customer, commercial and market data
  • Presenting evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Working with different teams to take ideas from analysis through to implementation

Rotations are a core part of the programme, giving you exposure to different strategic challenges and helping you become a well-rounded analyst and commercial thinker.

Training and development

You don’t need previous coding experience.

You’ll receive training in analytical and coding tools before taking ownership of your first project. Technical and personal development will continue throughout your first two years, helping you build your capabilities in data analysis, commercial strategy, problem-solving and communication.

High performance is recognised, with opportunities to progress as soon as you’re ready.

To apply, you must:

  • Have completed, or be working towards, an undergraduate, Master’s or PhD qualification in a STEM subject or Economics
  • Have A-level Maths or an equivalent qualification
  • Have strong quantitative and numerical skills
  • Currently have the right to work in the UK, including through a Student or Graduate visa

  • Solve complex business problems using data and logical reasoning
  • Work confidently with numbers
  • Consider different perspectives before reaching a conclusion
  • Communicate complex information clearly
  • Collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Take ownership of your work and development
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a genuine motivation to create business change
