- 6+ months experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
- Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
- Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner
- Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintains this
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
- Act as a Key Holder, taking responsibility for opening and closing the store, following all relevant security procedures, and ensuring the store is safe and secure.
