SSIS & Data Integration Developer

Synechron is looking for an experienced SSIS & Data Integration Developer to join a growing technology team supporting a business-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform within a leading financial services organisation.

Following a major global remediation and data transformation programme, significant volumes of data have been migrated into Dynamics 365. Synechron is building a dedicated UK and offshore team to build out the capability required to manage, enhance and evolve the platform.

This is not a high-volume delivery environment. The focus is firmly on quality, business understanding and long-term platform ownership. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Developers and SMEs to deliver robust integration solutions and ongoing platform improvements that directly support a billion $ division.

Role:

• Design, develop and implement SSIS data integration solutions connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 with internal and external business systems.
• Develop, test and deploy complex SSIS packages, data transformations and ETL processes.
• Utilise the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit to support integrations, data migrations and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Design scalable and supportable integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain data flows between Dynamics 365 and upstream/downstream applications.
• Ensure data quality, validation, integrity and consistency across all integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SSIS, ETL and data integration issues.
• Implement monitoring, logging, error handling and performance optimisation for integration services.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Test Engineers, Developers and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, data mappings, workflows and support procedures.

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proven expertise delivering enterprise-scale ETL and data integration solutions.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM with other applications and data sources.
• Hands-on knowledge of the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience supporting data migration and remediation initiatives.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex, regulated environments is highly desirable.

Excellent rates - London x3 days a week - Inside IR35 or FTE
