Job Description
Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers within the United Kingdom, and Ireland. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.
The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of Industry Specific ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires strategic marketing expertise, strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
- Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
- Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
- Scale the breadth and depth of relationships within UKI strategic accounts through Executive Engagement programs and Scaling Developer Enablement and Activation
- Partner with Global marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader scale marketing efforts
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
- Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
- Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
- Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices
- Collaborate with UKI Partner Marketing to scale your impact with and through our UKI Partner community
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
