Requirements
Candidates should have clinical and communication skills equivalent to ST4-8 level and an enthusiasm for neonatal medicine. They must be willing to participate in annual appraisals and job plan reviews.
Job Description
Full support and training needs will be carefully monitored with the supervisor of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, excellent clinical and communication skills and be keen to develop skills in clinical governance, quality improvement, research and the development of cross site clinical support for our level 1 sister unit in Margate.
The post holder may be involved in teaching other doctors and medical students, nurses and other paramedical staff in the team in speciality and special interest
The successful candidate will be expected to participate in annual appraisal and undergo annual job plan review.
On Call Arrangements 1:7 full shift rota
