  • Oversee filming and post-production processes, providing creative direction and feedback throughout editing.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience expectations.
  • Monitor production performance and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and impact.

Your Profile

  • You have proven experience producing social-first video content and understand how to create platform-native content that drives engagement across channels.
  • You understand key content performance metrics such as retention, watch time, audience behaviour, and content optimisation, and can apply these insights to future productions.
  • You have experience creating commercial or branded content and balancing creative storytelling with business objectives.
  • You have a strong understanding of social media analytics and can use data to evaluate content performance and inform creative decisions.
  • You have knowledge of copyright, licensing, and content usage rights relevant to digital video production.
  • You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, partners, and talent.
  • You are passionate about football and understand the culture, trends, and stories that resonate with football fans worldwide.
  • You are willing to travel regularly across the UK and internationally to support productions, events, partnerships, and content opportunities.
