Join us as a Site Support Liaison – Roofing
Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.
About the role
As a Site Support Liaison – Roofing you will be a trusted technical advisor supporting customers of our roofing products across the UK to install and use the products to a high standard. You’ll deliver training, provide on-site support, investigate technical issues and help maintain excellent customer service and product performance.
Duties include:
- Deliver customer training on roofing product installation and best practice
- Provide on-site demonstrations of roofing products and systems
- Carry out site inspections and technical assessments
- Perform remedial work where required
- Investigate complaints and produce root-cause reports
- Construct display panels for trade shows and exhibitions
- Build test panels for product testing activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote safe working practices and company standards
This role contributes directly to technical excellence, customer satisfaction and the successful performance of our roofing solutions. Your expertise and support will help customers achieve high-quality installations while strengthening long-term relationships with our business.

Location: National role with regular travel throughout the UK and occasional overnight stays. A company van and fuel card are provided.
Working pattern: Full time with regular UK travel and occasional overnight stays.
About you
Essential
- Extensive practical roofing knowledge and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence delivering practical demonstrations to groups
- Ability to train, coach and explain techniques clearly
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility for UK travel and overnight stays
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience in roofing/construction training
- Technical lecturing, teaching or coaching experience
- Complaint investigation and technical reporting experience
- Relevant roofing, construction or training qualifications
