The role is intended for a junior commercial or technology lawyer with relevant experience in contract management and digital business law. Candidates must be able to work from the London office three days per week.

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from junior commercial/tech lawyers who are interested in supporting the Digital Business team at Simmons & Simmons.
This is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the London office) role for an initial 3-6 month term, with potential to extend or turn permanent.
The consultant will be covering broad range of commercial and technology work, including:
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including software license, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, platform terms, DPAs.
• Advising on technology and digital business issues including IP, data and privacy, platform and online services.
