Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious shopper marketing or commercial professional to join Arla’s UK commercial team. Working closely with Brand, Category, and Sales functions, you’ll help deliver engaging shopper activations, support product launches, and drive customer growth across multiple retail channels.
How You Will Make An Impact
As a Shopper Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and delivering shopper marketing initiatives that support category growth, improve shopper engagement and create stronger customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Deliver shopper marketing plans across branded and own-label portfolios, including e-commerce activations.
- Support new product launches through shopper insight, activation planning and execution.
- Create compelling retailer selling stories and activation materials to support commercial teams.
- Deliver engaging in-store activities including sampling, POS campaigns, competitions and promotional activations.
- Measure campaign performance and ROI, using insights to continuously improve future shopper marketing plans
You'll ideally bring 1 to 3 years' experience within Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Category Marketing or a similar FMCG commercial discipline. With strong organisational, communication and analytical skills, you'll be confident using data and insights to understand shopper behaviour and support commercial decision-making. Experience supporting retailer activations, product launches, POS campaigns or customer marketing initiatives would be advantageous.
You’ll be a proactive and curious team player who enjoys building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and thrives in a fast paced FMCG environment.
