If you are ready to be part of a sweet success story, we are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Front-of-House Staff member to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling credit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours worked per week
- Barista skills are a plus

- Bicester, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
