I'm working with a fast-growing, founder-led technology company in London that's looking for a strong product-minded engineer to join a small, high-calibre engineering team. They recently raised a $20m Series A and have huge demand to drive scaling the engineering team.

We're looking for smart and kind engineers - those who collaborate well with the team and enjoy making a big impact. There's a real sense of mission here too, it's inspiring stuff and I look forward to sharing more on that if you're interested in finding out more.

A few things they're looking for:

The sweet spot is someone who's full-stack but backend leaning: strong with Python, comfortable working across the stack, and most interested in owning real product problems rather than sitting in one narrow part of the codebase. Ideally you've worked in a product company, either a startup, scale-up or renowned product team with a high bar for talent.

• Strong Python backend experience
• Comfortable working full-stack when needed
• Product-minded and commercially aware
• Able to take problems from idea through to production
• Comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly
• Someone who wants a lot of ownership in a small engineering team
• Ideally coming from a strong startup / product engineering environment
• Happy working closely with founders, product and customers
• London-based and happy being in the office 4–5 days a week
