Requirements
Candidates should have experience designing RF, microwave, or mmWave circuits and systems in the 6–30 GHz range, with exposure to RF systems and components such as amplifiers, filters, transceivers, antennas, or RF front ends. They should be able to design, test, and simulate RF electronics and have experience with tools such as ADS, CST, HFSS, or Microwave Office.

Senior RF Design Engineer – Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
£70,000–£90,000 | UK visa sponsorship available | Relocation opportunity
Join a growing engineering organisation developing advanced RF and microwave technology for aerospace, defence, telecommunications and next-generation satellite communications. As a Senior RF Design Engineer you will work on incredibly exciting space technology projects for a leading R&D organisation with a global footprint. You will work on once in a life-time R&D as part of a dedicate RF Engineering team, based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
You’ll work with experienced RF specialists and state-of-the-art design, manufacturing and test facilities, taking innovative products from initial concept through to production.
We’re looking for experience in this Senior RF Design Engineer:
- RF, microwave or mmWave circuit and system design (6GHz - 30GHz)
- Amplifiers, filters, transceivers, antennas or RF front ends
- Exposure to RF systems
- Ability to design, test, simulate RF electronics.
- RF simulation tools such as ADS, CST, HFSS or Microwave Office
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RF engineer looking to relocate to the UK, take on technically challenging R&D projects and progress towards technical leadership.
