Senior Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
Candidates must have notable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large projects and possess strong commercial awareness. Additionally, they must be able to pass BPSS and SC security clearances and hold a valid CSCS card or equivalent.
Job Description
An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.
Working on a large project in Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, valuations, and cash flow.
- Procure and administer subcontractor and supplier packages.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree variations and final accounts.
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
- Assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
About You
- Notable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large projects
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to pass BPSS & SC clearance.
- Will need a white card, CSCS or similar
