Requirements

Job Description

Your New Company
An ambitious, high-growth direct-to-consumer consumer brand is entering an exciting phase of scale across the UK and US markets. Backed by a strong leadership team and significant investment in customer acquisition, the business has built a loyal customer base through a subscription-led model and is now looking for a commercially-minded Performance Marketing leader to accelerate growth. With paid media at the heart of the growth strategy, you'll join a business that values experimentation, data-driven decision making, and innovation.

Your New Role
As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the paid acquisition strategy across key international markets, with full responsibility for driving customer growth, efficiency, and return on investment.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll lead the performance marketing function across Meta and Google, managing substantial media budgets while identifying opportunities to scale revenue profitably. Working closely with creative and growth teams, you'll develop testing strategies, optimise campaign performance, and uncover new opportunities across audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and customer journeys.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with execution and who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience managing and scaling significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google.
Strong background in DTC, e-commerce, subscription, or high-growth consumer brands.
Demonstrable success driving improvements in CAC, ROAS, customer acquisition, and overall marketing efficiency.
Experience operating across both UK and international markets, ideally including the US.
Deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
A test-and-learn mindset with a passion for using data to drive commercial outcomes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the confidence to present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
A collaborative approach and experience working closely with creative, growth, and commercial teams.
Experience with TikTok, attribution modelling, incrementality testing, or subscription businesses would be advantageous.

What You Will Get in Return
Salary of £70,000 to £80,000.
Hybrid working arrangement based in London.
Direct exposure to an experienced executive leadership team.
The opportunity to shape and own a key growth channel within a scaling consumer brand.
Significant autonomy and influence over strategy and budget allocation.
Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your impact will be highly visible.
Clear career progression opportunities as the business continues its growth journey.
The chance to work with a talented team focused on innovation, performance, and commercial success.
