Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Requirements
A mechanical or aerospace engineering degree, or equivalent experience, is required, along with design experience in aerospace, automotive, motorsport, or a similar industry. Candidates should have strong PTC Creo skills, including surfacing and GD&T, and experience taking designs from concept to production; rotorcraft or certified aerospace experience, relevant certification standards, Windchill, and ANSYS are advantageous.

✈️ Mechanical Design Engineer | Aircraft Platform | UK (Relocation Available)
Want to see your designs go from first sketch to flying aircraft?
Our client is developing a complete aircraft platform and needs a Mechanical Design Engineer to own designs across the full lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through to flight testing and production.
What you'll do:
Design components and assemblies in Creo (or similar CAD)
Produce drawings, GD&T and aerospace-standard documentation
Support analysis, prototype builds, rig and flight testing
Work with manufacturing, quality and suppliers on DFM/DFA
What you'll bring:
Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
Design experience in aerospace, automotive, motorsport or similar
Strong PTC Creo skills, including surfacing and GD&T
Experience taking designs from concept to production
Nice to have: rotorcraft or certified aerospace experience, CS-27/29 or Part 23/25, Windchill, ANSYS
Onsite, Monday to Friday, Permanent role
