About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead pre‑sales and business development activity for our Managed Digital Identity (MDI) offering. This is a commercially focused, client‑facing role that sits at the intersection of identity and access management expertise, cyber risk advisory, and managed service delivery.
You will play a key role in shaping and winning new business opportunities across identity governance, access management, and privileged access management. Acting as a bridge between client needs and delivery capability, you’ll help position managed digital identity as a core pillar of clients cyber and risk strategies, spanning security, compliance, and user experience.
Working closely with Service Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Alliance teams, you’ll drive growth across our Managed Digital Identity portfolio, partnering with leading platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk and Okta.
What your days will look like
- Leading business development and pre‑sales activity across Managed Digital Identity opportunities, from early qualification through to deal closure
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities across priority sectors and strategic accounts
- Owning and driving complex sales cycles, including client engagement, solution shaping, and commercial discussions
- Developing compelling value propositions aligned to clients’ identity, security, regulatory and operational priorities
- Shaping client‑centric managed identity solutions in collaboration with Service Delivery and Engineering teams
- Translating IAM and PAM requirements into scalable, commercially viable managed services, including service scope, pricing models and commercials
- Supporting RFP/RFI responses, proposals and client presentations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of IAM, Head of Identity), leading workshops and discovery sessions
- Working closely with alliance partners (e.g. Microsoft, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta) to co‑develop and progress opportunities
- Partnering with delivery teams to ensure solutions sold are deliverable, scalable and aligned to operational capabilities, supporting smooth mobilisation
The role is for you if
- You have proven experience in pre‑sales, business development, or solution consulting within IAM and/or PAM
- You bring a strong understanding of identity domains, including IGA, Access Management and Privileged Access Management
- You have experience shaping and selling services around platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta or similar
- You are comfortable leading complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and engaging C‑level clients
- You have strong commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring and risk awareness
- You can translate technical identity concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions
- You understand Zero Trust principles and identity as a control plane for cyber security
- You enjoy working in a client‑facing, growth‑oriented role, combining strategy, solutioning and deal leadership
