The role covers CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, deployment tooling and production reliability, alongside lower-level work with Linux systems, networking and infrastructure performance.

- Build and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards and alerting.
- Improve incident diagnosis and root cause analysis.
- Develop internal tooling that reduces repetitive work across engineering.
- Improve the developer experience from local development through to production.
- Work with Linux systems, networking, host configuration and resource contention.
- Contribute to infrastructure security, access controls, secrets management and system hardening.
- Identify reliability, performance and operational issues and drive improvements.
The systems are latency-sensitive, with the role extending into areas such as host-level tuning, kernel settings, CPU isolation and networking behaviour.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure in cloud environments.
- Strong Linux systems knowledge and understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- Experience designing monitoring, observability and alerting for production systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- AWS, Terraform or Ansible experience would be advantageous.
- Experience with high-performance, high-throughput or latency-sensitive systems would be particularly valuable.
- Comfortable taking ownership of problems and driving them through to delivery.

- Private healthcare.
- UK visa sponsorship available.
- Engineer-owned company - built for engineers.
