Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Digital Transformation practice, you will support digital transformation projects for public and private sector clients across the KPMG Islands Group. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders to implement strategies that modernize government operations, improve service delivery, and enhance efficiency. This role involves project coordination, stakeholder engagement, risk compliance, and supporting team development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation Support:
  • Assist in designing and implementing strategies for governance reform, operational efficiency, and citizen-centric services.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and prepare reports to support transformation programs.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
  • Track deliverables, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Internal Risk & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with KPMG’s risk management and quality standards on all engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow firm methodologies.
  • Team Support & Development:
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist managers in resource planning and team coordination.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Government & Public Sector across the Islands Group.
  • Lead proposal development, assist in client presentations, and contribute to growth strategies for the practice.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor project KPIs and deliver progress reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply best practices in program and project management (PMI, PRINCE2).
  • Learning & Development:
  • Continuously develop technical and consulting skills through training and mentorship.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data analytics tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are an asset.
