About The Role

As an Aviation Advisory Consultant, you will support the delivery of strategic advisory projects and solutions for clients across the aviation ecosystem. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will apply aviation industry knowledge, data analysis, research, and consulting skills to help clients make informed decisions and navigate complex market challenges.

You will contribute to a wide variety of projects spanning aviation finance, leasing, aerospace, airlines, and airports, while helping to develop industry-leading insights, thought leadership, and client-facing content.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the team’s initiatives to deliver Advisory projects and solutions, leveraging Cirium’s data and analytics across a broad customer base in the aircraft finance and leasing, aerospace, airline, and airport markets.
  • Work with experienced colleagues to deliver aviation advisory projects including market analysis, forecasting, route analysis, and strategic advice assignments using internal and external datasets, industry knowledge, and primary research.
  • Advise clients on strategic projects including strategy development, transformational change, organisational restructuring, and functional effectiveness improvements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on global aviation trends, market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and factors shaping the aviation industry.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Contribute to the delivery of products including the Cirium Fleet Forecast, asset Market Commentaries, and new market initiatives.
  • Manage project workflows and support the delivery of advisory engagements.
  • Create and present industry-leading content across multiple platforms including articles, webinars, conferences, and industry events while demonstrating the Cirium Values: Aim High, Step Up, Speak Out, Team Up and Give Back.

Requirements

  • Experience researching, manipulating, and analysing large datasets and presenting findings to audiences of varying sizes.
  • Professional experience in the aviation industry or a strong understanding of the aviation sector.
  • Experience within financial services and/or consulting environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings and conclusions clearly.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
