Senior Construction Planner - Forensic Delay Apprenticeship

We are looking for someone who has spent the last five to ten years delivering construction or engineering projects in Australia or the UK, and who has built genuine planning and scheduling capability along the way. Whilst we value your technical planning and scheduling skills, it is your practical construction project delivery experience that matters most to us. If you are now looking to apply that experience to resolving disputes, we would like to hear from you.

We will consider candidates currently based in the UK. Visa and a relocation package is available for the right person.

Versed Advisory is a boutique programme and delay expert services firm in Perth. We are a team of highly experienced professionals, focused on delivering value, not volume.

We are RICS-regulated and act for tier-one law firms, contractors and owners across Australia and overseas.

The skills and experience we are looking for

• 5 – 10 years in construction project management roles (Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager or Senior Planner)
• Planning and scheduling capability to support that experience, including working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline
• First-hand understanding of how projects are delivered, through design, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning to handover
• Strong communication skills, clear written English, and the ability to set out and hold a reasoned position
• Attention to detail
