Fri, 25 Sept 2026Join us as a Securities and Onboarding Specialist and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending transactions. You'll bring specialist expertise in managing security documentation and legal arrangements, ensuring every transaction is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with our risk and regulatory standards. Working closely with colleagues, customers and professional partners, you'll help create a smooth onboarding experience while safeguarding the interests of the business and our clients.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Prepare, review and manage the execution of security and facility documentation across Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending transactions.
- Ensure all legal documentation accurately reflects approved credit terms, facility structures, security arrangements and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key control point in the onboarding process, validating KYC, AML, financial crime and due diligence requirements before facilities go live.
- Identify, challenge and escalate potential risks, ensuring robust audit trails and compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Work closely with sales, credit, legal advisers, operational teams and clients to facilitate efficient deal completion.
- Drive a smooth and professional client onboarding experience, balancing pace of delivery with strong risk management and governance.
- Support continuous improvement by enhancing documentation processes, templates, controls and operational efficiencies.
