Responsibilities

• Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures safely and efficiently according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Ensure scaffolding complies with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding components for defects and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and team members to ensure timely completion of scaffold-related tasks.
• Use advanced scaffolding techniques to handle complex or high-risk scaffold structures.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
• Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.

• Proven experience as a scaffolder, with advanced skills and knowledge of complex scaffolding systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety regulations and construction standards.
• Experience working at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffold plans.
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality of work.
