Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (STC)
Rate: £598 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Predominantly remote with occasional attendance in London
Contract Length: 2-3 months
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Your new company
You will be supporting the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) on a short-term contract engagement, providing specialist ServiceNow consultancy expertise within an established ServiceNow environment.
Your new role
As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will deliver technical consultancy across ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, supporting platform enhancements and backlog reduction activities. You will work closely with architects and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes while ensuring the ServiceNow platform remains effective and optimised.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ServiceNow technical consultancy across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Support backlog reduction and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Develop, configure and customise ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with architects and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Essential skills and experience
- Strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Proven expertise within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
- Experience working within ServiceNow ITOM environments.
- ServiceNow platform customisation and workflow development experience.
- Active SC Clearance.
Desirable skills and experience
- Previous public sector experience.
