Requirements

Applicants must have a degree or equivalent and current HCPC registration, along with experience across a broad range of undergraduate placements and a detailed portfolio evidencing undergraduate continuing professional development. They should demonstrate clinical knowledge of anatomy and physiology, effective clinical reasoning, teamwork and partnership working, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in stressful and unpredictable environments.

Supporting Our Patients:

  • Participate in the Band 5 rotation scheme within Salford Royal Hospital.
  • Provide autonomous assessments and interventions, for own designated caseload of patients; with support and supervision for more complex needs.
  • Maintain clinical responsibility for own caseload and that of delegated tasks.
  • Be aware of your own limitations and competency, seeking senior support when required.
  • Provide support and training for junior staff and students.
