We're partnering with a global business undergoing significant transformation to appoint a Reward Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the organisation's reward philosophy, bringing together multiple reward frameworks and supporting the evolution of a cohesive, future-focused approach to compensation and benefits.
Working closely with senior leaders across HR, Finance and the wider business, you'll provide strategic reward expertise while balancing the management of existing arrangements with the design and implementation of long-term reward solutions.This role offers significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to makea lasting impact on the organisation's people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the organisation's reward philosophy and total reward strategy.
- Review and harmonise existing compensation frameworks and reward programmes.
- Manage legacy reward arrangements while supporting the transition to a future-state reward model.
- Provide strategic oversight across compensation, benefits, executive reward and recognition programmes.
- Assess reward structures, identify opportunities for improvement and drive reward transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational change and complex reward challenges.
- Advise on executive compensation, reward governance and policy development.
- Establish reward principles, frameworks and governance structures that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Work closely with HR leadership and operational teams to ensure effective delivery of reward programmes.
- Utilise market benchmarking and external insights to inform reward decision-making.
About You
We're keen to speak with experienced Reward professionals who combine strategic thinking with strong delivery capability.
You'll have:
- Extensive experience within Reward in large, complex multinational organisations.
- A strong background in reward strategy, framework design and organisational transformation.
- Experience managing multiple compensation structures and harmonisation or integration programmes.
- Knowledge of executive compensation and broad-based reward programmes.
- Experience balancing strategic design with operational implementation and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
- Experience operating within matrixed environments.
- A pragmatic and commercially minded approach to reward challenges.
