Restaurant Manager - Five Star Resort - St. Vincent
Salary: $40,000 USD pre-tax base salary + Accommodation Allowance + Relocation Package + Work Permit Assistance
Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a luxury Caribbean resort to appoint a Restaurant Manager for one of its signature fine-dining concepts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on the restaurant floor, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and knows how to build and inspire high-performing teams.
The restaurant is a full-service, à la carte restaurant operating within a prestigious five-star, all-inclusive resort environment, where attention to detail and exceptional service standards are essential.
The Ideal Background
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Manager within a quality à la carte dining environment
- International resort / hospitality experience required (worked in multiple countries)
- Strong full-service restaurant experience, ideally within hotels, resorts, or premium standalone restaurants
- A highly visible leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
- A genuine passion for guest engagement and creating exceptional dining experiences
- The ability to motivate, coach, and develop service teams
- High personal and operational standards with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
