Research & Innovation Contracts Manager
Requirements
The successful candidate must have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating research and collaboration contracts within a university or similar environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to manage a complex portfolio of work.

Research & Innovation Services (RIS) provides a professional support service for research and innovation activities at City St George’s. We operate a business partnering model to work with and support our six academic Schools located across our Clerkenwell, Tooting and Moorgate campuses.
RIS is comprised of seven teams, covering the areas of pre-award, post-award, research & innovation contracts, business engagement & knowledge exchange, intellectual property & commercialisation, entrepreneurship and clinical research support
** Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have substantial experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating research contracts, funding and collaboration agreements, and related agreements, in a university or related body, along with knowledge and understanding of the issues relating to contracts in a university environment.
They will have excellent communication skills and experience of communicating to a variety of audiences, together with excellent negotiation skills. They will be highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise a mixed portfolio of work.
