Job Responsibilities

As a Transformation, Digital Advisory and Enterprise Change professional, you will:

• Advise clients on business transformation, digital change and technology-enabled improvement initiatives
• Support enterprise application strategy, assessment, roadmap design, vendor selection and solution evaluation
• Assess and redesign business processes, operating models, governance structures and delivery approaches
• Contribute to programme mobilisation, project governance, PMO activity, assurance reviews and risk management
• Support business-led data, analytics, AI, integration, architecture and platform-related initiatives
• Work with clients and internal teams across sectors to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, methodologies, reusable assets and practice development activity
• Mentor junior colleagues and help strengthen internal delivery capability

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience or strong interest in transformation, digital advisory, enterprise applications, technology-enabled change or business consulting

Ability to engage confidently with business and technology stakeholders in complex delivery environments

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations

Sound judgement, professionalism, resilience and ownership in managing priorities, ambiguity and stakeholder expectations

Commercial awareness and ability to connect technology, process, operating model and business outcome considerations

Strong written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience in sectors such as financial services, insurance, public sector, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, retail, telecommunications, professional services, energy or utilities

Exposure to ERP, CRM, data platforms, AI-enabled use cases, integration, enterprise architecture, QA, testing, PMO or transformation assurance

Experience contributing to complex multi-stakeholder, multi-entity, regulated or business-critical transformation programmes
