Position #1: Referral Manager (Commission-Based / Remote)
The Role:
- Connect potential property buyers and investors with our agency.
- Work 100% remotely from anywhere in the world.
- Earn attractive, high-percentage commissions on every successful deal.
Growth Opportunity:
- Top-performing Referral Managers will have the unique opportunity to transition into a full-time, contracted Sales Manager position.
- Includes official UAE employment contract and full resident visa sponsorship.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in sales, real estate, or client relations is a strong advantage, but not required.
Position #2: Telemarketer / Outbound Sales Executive (Remote / Part-Time / Commission-Based)

- Convert cold or warm calls into scheduled property viewings/meetings for senior sales managers.
