Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, consultations, and market appraisals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and lead generation activities.
  • Manage and update property listings across company platforms and property portals.
  • Follow up with leads and enquiries promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide professional advice regarding market conditions, pricing, and property opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and business development meetings.
  • Stay informed about Cardiff's property market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Represent Haus of Estate professionally and uphold the company's reputation at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, estate agency, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the Cardiff property market is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within estate agencies, property sales, lettings, or real estate services.
  • Experience working with property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket.
  • Experience generating leads through networking and social media.
  • Experience managing client relationships and closing sales.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
