Quantum Hardware Engineer

Level: Mid-Senior to Principal
We're building a specialist network of engineers and scientists working across the rapidly growing quantum computing ecosystem in the UK and Europe.
We're particularly interested in speaking with Quantum Hardware Engineers, Experimental Physicists and Quantum Engineers who are either actively considering their next move or would be open to hearing about opportunities as the market develops.
Our focus is on venture-backed and established organisations developing next-generation quantum computing hardware, control systems and enabling technologies.

- Superconducting, trapped-ion, neutral-atom, silicon-spin or photonic architectures

Your background
You may currently be working within a quantum computing business, research organisation, university spin-out or an adjacent technology environment.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across quantum physics, experimental physics, electrical/electronic engineering, RF, cryogenics, semiconductor technology or scientific instrumentation.
Commercial quantum experience is valuable but isn't essential for every opportunity. We're also keen to connect with researchers and engineers considering a move from academia or adjacent deep-tech industries into commercial quantum technology.
