Requirements
Requires business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English and experience in engineering or quality roles within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the US or be eligible for visa support.

当社クライアントは米国の製造業企業です。日英バイリンガルのQuality Engineerを募集しています。本ポジションでは、日本語を使用するエンジニアリングチームと英語を使用する品質部門との橋渡し役として、品質改善活動や製造プロセスのサポートを担当いただきます。
職務内容
- 品質管理プロセスおよび検査手順の作成・改善
- 製品・工程監査および品質評価の実施
- FMEA、5 Why、Fishbone等を用いた原因分析
- SPCなどを活用した品質データ分析
- 継続的改善活動の推進
- エンジニアリング、生産、調達チームとの連携
- 品質関連文書の作成・管理
- ISO/IATFなど品質システムの維持・運用支援
- 新製品立上げおよび品質改善活動への参加
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
- 製造業でのエンジニアリングまたは品質関連経験
- 工場環境での業務経験
- 問題分析および改善提案能力
- 米国内就労資格保有者、またはビザサポート対象者
- Quality Engineer経験
- Automotive業界経験
- IATF16949またはISO品質システム経験
- APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPCの知識・経験
- 品質保証または品質改善プロジェクト経験
- CMM使用またはプログラミング経験
