You will translate technical requirements from Jira into actionable results, driving project milestones to completion and enabling technical leads to maximize their focus on innovation and delivery.

Technical Stack & Requirements
- Methodology: Expert in Jira, Scrum ceremonies, and Agile planning.
- Delivery: Management of roadmaps, identification of impediments, and forecasting.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience working with assets, cash flows, and 3rd party vendors is a significant plus.
- Core Expectation: While focusing on management, a robust technical foundation is essential to navigate the development lifecycle and proactively address technical debt within the project board.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical project management.
- Technical background (previous development or engineering experience preferred).
- PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 6-8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale software, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, or FinTech experience.
- PMP certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification.
- Experience managing Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience with enterprise PMO governance and portfolio management.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies.
