Job Description
- JDE Catalogue Text Editor Removal: Lead end-to-end project delivery to retire the legacy catalogue text editor in JDE, including requirements gathering, business process redesign, impact assessment, solution implementation, integration testing, cutover planning, user adoption, and BAU handover while maintaining data quality and business continuity.
- Publishing Platform Replacement: Manage the assessment and replacement of the existing Censhare publishing platform, including analysis of current tools such as Canvas, requirements definition, RFP execution, vendor evaluation, delivery partner management, platform implementation, integration, testing, and transition to BAU operations.
- Deal & Clause Variation Reporting: Coordinate the delivery of legal and commercial reporting solutions involving Sirion, Tableau, and Legora, overseeing clause data extraction, reporting dashboard development, proof-of-concept activities, stakeholder onboarding, phased delivery planning, risk management, and operational handover.
- Programme Governance & Delivery: Manage integrated project plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, vendor deliverables, and executive reporting across all three initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, governance standards, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
