Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Plymouth. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and nuclear-related projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines, leading multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, managing procurement and expediting activities, and ensuring compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will prepare reports, support inspections, and continuously optimize logistics and processes to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Expediting-focused skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Inspection skills, including experience with Inspection activities to verify compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, transportation, and scheduling across project phases.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in nuclear, infrastructure, or energy projects is an asset, along with familiarity with industry regulations and safety practices.
