Project Delivery Manager
Diversification & Partnership
Professional & Business Support
Grade 7 - £39,906 to £44,746 per annum (depending on experience)
The role
This role offers the chance to shape two flagship government funded programmes - Help to Grow: Management and Made Smarter - positioning the university at the forefront of SME leadership and digital transformation.
You'll lead complex projects, oversee high-'value contracts, and drive operational excellence across delivery, compliance, marketing and stakeholder engagement. With scope to innovate systems, influence strategic decisions, and build impactful partnerships regionally and nationally, this is a rare opportunity to combine project leadership, service development and commercial opportunity in a role that directly contributes to the university's diversification strategy.
The team
The role is based within the Lifelong Learning Team within Diversification and Partnerships. The team provide management and operational support for our online and CPD portfolios across the university. This includes our suite of fully online master's degrees, our Health & Social Care CPD provision and the two employer-led programmes this role would provide Project Delivery Management for.
Diversification and Partnerships focus on making meaningful connections with external partners, aligning initiatives with institutional priorities and ensuring that growth is both sustainable and impactful. We shape strategic partnerships, develop new products and offerings, and work with a wide range of stakeholders from employers and education providers to funding and regulatory bodies. Our work ensures the University's external connections are ambitious, meaningful, and aligned with our institutional priorities.
