Role: Program Manager

Title: AVP/VP

Location: London, UK (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) – Fulltime

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Required Experience: 8-16+ years

Purpose

Own and lead the Automation Centre of Excellence, driving the automation and AI strategy, governance, delivery standards, value realisation and stakeholder engagement across the Customer.

Key Skills

• Should have excellent Program Management Skills.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Should have prior experience of managing Automation COE

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the automation and AI roadmap aligned to Customer objectives.
• Lead the CoE operating model, governance framework and delivery standards.
• Build and manage the automation pipeline, prioritising by business value and strategic alignment.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders/business leaders to drive adoption & sponsorship.
• Establish performance metrics, benefits tracking and ROI reporting for automation initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery team, ensuring quality, consistency and timely execution.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation and vendor relationships.
• Drive best practices, reusable assets and standard methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Lead governance forums and provide regular portfolio performance updates.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and measurable outcomes.
