Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to join the Amazon Worldwide Fulfillment (AWF) Team within Global Logistics. The AWF Team builds, manages, and operates a global logistics network that enables B2C cross border shipments from anywhere in the world, delivering to customers cost effectively. This role sits within Carrier Management: a function focused on continuously improving the service levels, capacities, and costs of our logistics service providers to ensure customer promises are maintained.
As a Program Manager in Carrier Management, you will coordinate the delivery of defined projects that support carrier operational performance across AWF destinations. You will work within a team of programme managers, with guidance from senior leadership, to track service KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions. You will build and maintain processes and tools to enable scalable operations, and you will gather and analyse data to surface insights that inform business decisions. This role supports the carrier management component of AWF Operations Peak Readiness Plans.

- Manage day to day relationships with 3PL carriers, tracking and delivering KPIs for destination service performance including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Build and maintain processes, tools, and documentation to enable scalable and repeatable operations across carrier management
- Gather and analyse data to surface insights, inform business decisions, and contribute recommendations to destination service planning
- Collaborate with programme managers and business leaders to support delivery of business initiatives, identifying blockers and driving resolution
- Support the carrier management component of AWF Operations Peak Readiness Plans, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with Excel
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in e-commerce
